Global IT Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Global IT), as the data controller, processes your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and other relevant legislation.
According to Article 10 of the KVKK, which regulates the Disclosure Obligation, data controllers are obliged to inform the relevant persons whose personal data they process on certain issues.
This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation published by the Personal Data Protection Authority in order to fulfill the legal obligation.
You, whose personal data are processed by Global IT , are defined as an Employee Candidate due to your job application and are accepted as a Relevant Person by the Law.
It is the Global IT data controller who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data with respect to personal data concerning you and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Your personal data related to your application and resume are obtained through kariyer.net, linkedin and online forms, electronically, through fully or partially automated systems.
If you apply for a job in our company;
It is processed based on your explicit consent (within the scope of Article 5/1 of KVKK) for the purpose of Conducting the Application Processes of Employee Candidates.
In addition, your Identity (Name, Surname, Signature) and Document Information (Subject to Explicit Consent, Explicit Consent Method, Time of Open Consent) information related to the explicit consent you have given is processed due to the fact that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right in Article 5/2e of the KVKK for the purpose of fulfilling the KVKK proof obligation.
Besides these;
It is processed in accordance with the reason for the establishment of an employment contract with you for the purposes of Execution of the Application Processes of Employee Candidates and Execution of Employee Candidate Selection and Placement Processes (within the scope of Article 5 / 2 (c) of KVKK).
In addition, if you consent to the conduct of personality inventory tests and aptitude tests for the position you are applying for, your personal data processed within the scope of these personality and ability tests will be processed in accordance with your explicit consent within the scope of Article 5 / 1 of the KVKK for the purpose of carrying out the selection and placement processes of the employee candidate; Your psychometric data related to the test results will be processed based on your explicit consent within the scope of Article 6/2 of the KVKK.
This information of yours is destroyed after being stored for a while due to the fact that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right in Article 5/2e of the KVKK for the purpose of Conducting the Application Processes of Employee Candidates in case your job application is rejected.
In the event that it is decided to keep your application in the pool in line with your request, if you have the explicit consent in Article 5/1 of the KVKK for the purposes of Conducting the Application Processes and Storage and Archive Activities of the Employee Candidates, it is destroyed after being stored for a while based on this reason.
In case of your acceptance to work, this information will not be destroyed and will continue to be stored in your employee personnel file for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the employee’s employment contract and legislation and because it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill the legal obligation in Article 5 / 2ç of the KVKK.
From the text you transmit to us, your personal data of special nature (such as association, foundation membership, health status, etc.) that you do not need to work with us; We recommend that you submit your resume by removing your credentials, contact information, educational and professional experience information, and information other than your abilities from your resume.
It is assumed that you have obtained the consent of the person you have referenced in your resume to share with us the information.
If your personal data is requested within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK, it may be transferred to the relevant authorities without any obligation to clarify and without seeking your explicit consent.
In addition, in unforeseen cases, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (administrative authorities such as ministries) specified in the laws within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law if requested in cases explicitly specified in the laws.
Your personal data is transferred to our business partners who provide human resources management software and to our business partners who provide human resources consultancy services in order to carry out the application processes of employee candidates outside of our legal obligations that do not require your explicit consent and do not require your explicit consent.
If you submit an application via Google forms during the collection of applications, your personal data related to your application for the purposes of carrying out business activities and carrying out storage and archive activities will be transferred abroad to be kept securely on the servers of Google LLC located abroad based on your explicit consent (within the scope of Article 9/1 of KVKK).
In addition, if you have personality inventory test and aptitude tests, your personal data obtained through these tests are shared with our suppliers who provide these tests in order to carry out the employee candidate selection and placement processes by taking adequate security measures.
Relevant persons must first apply to the data controller in order to exercise their rights regarding their personal data. According to Article 14 of the Law, no complaint can be made directly to the Personal Data Protection Board.
In accordance with the law, your personal data

b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Requesting the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear,
